Our  apartments  will provide  comfortable accommodation in Gudauri at any  season.  All our apartments are located in 2 minutes  walk from the gondola lift, and have a beautiful view of the mountains, equipped with new household appliances,  bed linen provided,  towels and  free internet access.

Booking rules:

• After booking, we will send you payment details to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the cost  residence

• During the holiday periods (New Years, February and March  holidays)  booking is only possible from 7  days,  advance payment is 50%

• Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance  days prior to arrival, we undertake to refund your advance payment in full. Advance for bookings during holiday periods  not refundable. ​​

• With 100% prepayment, an additional 10% discount is provided

• If the advance payment is not paid within 3 days, the booking will be canceled
