New Gudauri - New Gudauri
New Gudauri is a modern residential complex   built in 2015. The complex is located right next to the only gondola lift in Gudauri.

The complex is equipped with everything  necessary for  comfortable living in winter and summer:

Spa center New Gudauri  located  in the second building of the complex (New Gudauri 2), in the same building,  where are all  our apartments.

The cost of a visit is 4 0 GEL per person (one-time visit without time limit),  in  the price includes a swimming pool, sauna and gym.
